BILL CALLED TRUMP TOO: Because I’ve never seen a presidential candidate so horrible before, I always suspected that Donald Trump was only pretending to run for president. My working theory was that he was going to clear the field of Republicans so Hillary could coast to an easy win.

Little did I know there was some credence to this theory – a Gawker article from last August asked whether Trumps was a “false flag campaign”, noting that the Washington Post reported Bill Clinton calling Trump just before he decided to announce his run.

We already Trump donated heavily to both Clintons and Bill was an old golf buddy of the Donald. It also turns out that Chelsea and Ivanka were best friends. In December, the Post, CNN and others considered such a plot after Jeb Bush suggested Trump was helping Hillary. Trump even tweeted sarcastically that the plot was real and he would get “favors for life”.

We also knew Trump gave to the Clinton’s foundation, but what was the nature of that fateful call from Bill?
